If you are planning a Ski & Snowboard Holiday to Switzerland this winter, the COVID-19 Certification, better known as the EU digital COVID certificate, or a certificate compatible with the «EU Digital COVID Certificate» – as valid as the Swiss Covid Certificate is necessary to have unrestricted access to places, activities and services. When travelling on Public Transport during your trip to Switzerland for your Ski & Snowboard Holidays this winter, the following Health Measures will apply:
Face masks must be worn on the entire public transport network

When in Accommodation during your trip to Switzerland for your Ski & Snowboard Holidays this winter, the following Health Measures will apply:
Access to the interior of the hotel restaurants, bars, etc. is only allowed with a Covid certificate.
In outdoor areas and for room service, there is no certificate requirement.

When visiting a Cultural or Leisure Venue, including Swimming Pools, Thermal Baths and Wellness, when in Switzerland on your Ski & Snowboard Holidays this winter, the following Health Measures will apply:

Face masks are compulsory where applicable.
On Ski Lifts in Swiss Resorts
When on a Ski lift while in Switzerland for your Ski & Snowboard Holidays this winter, the following Health Measures will apply:

In buildings, queues, lines and waiting areas.
Swiss Ski Schools for Ski & Snowboard Lessons
When at Ski & Snowboard Schools during your trip to Switzerland for your Ski & Snowboard Holidays this winter, the following Health Measures will apply:
COVID certificates are currently not required for snow sports activities.
Some Swiss snow sports schools may operate in conjunction with other tourism stakeholders in their respective region, who may require a COVID certificate.

At Nightclubs and Late-night Bars in Swiss Resorts

Face masks are not compulsory for outdoor activities.
Winter sports (i.e. skiing, snowboarding and toboganning) are outdoor activities
